I'm the Vice-President of Community Relations for Wikia, Inc. which I co-founded with Jimmy Wales in 2004 to support wiki communities. I am the chair of the Advisory Board of the Wikimedia Foundation, which manages the free-content encyclopedia, Wikipedia, and was previously on the Foundation's Board of Trustees. Before that, I was a researcher and test developer for the National Foundation for Educational Research where I developed the national statutory assessments for England and Wales.
