AIFE was founded in 2002 with ten students in Blacktown NSW. Since 2003 over 2000 students from twelve countries have studied at AIFE. The Institute provides high quality training courses in Hospitality Management and Asian Cookery. AIFE seeks to equip its students with skills that are in high demand in the Western World, and provides a solid foundation for a rewarding and interesting career.
AIFE's credentials include CRICOS registration for all courses and VETAB registration as an RTO Provider. Since its inception AIFE has built a reputation for quality training.
Today one hundred percent of AIFE's commercial cookery graduates have had their skills recognised by the Australian Government Trade Recognition Authority. The Institute's track record of producing high quality graduates in the field of Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management is the envy of many other colleges operating in the country.
