Staffing the faculties IT Support desk where I would assist students and staff with their IT related issues; changing of passwords, retrieval of faculty mail, lending of loan equipment, and distribution of subject materials. Later I changed roles and moved into the Desktop Support team which saw me looking after the computers in the labs throughout the faculty;routinely inspecting the machines for hardware issues, checking for network connectivity, and recalling equipment for maintenance.
