303 Days. That's all I lasted in the Nation's Capital. Which as it turned out was a record for creatives stolen from Sydney.
But they let me play on lots of accounts until one day there was an election and the government advertising accounts where up for grabs and we lost one and was 'made redundant' . I was in my car and back in Sydney before a single tear had been shed.

I still contend that I am the only copywriter to be given a TV brief on my very first day in my very first agency. And to crack it and have it on air that week! Wouldn't have happened anywhere else.
