I am a qualified CPA and currently working on my (part-time) Executive MBA that allows me to acquire the latest business methodologies and to comprehend more about the future market directions in the world.

Throughout my diverse experience in Big 4, Telco, IT and banking in both Hong Kong and Australia, I’ve been leveraging my financial knowledge and business experience, that I can effectively and efficiently learn and develop additional skills, to perform my new responsibilities at work, from business advisory, commercial supports, business analysis and planning to investment strategies. Having worked in various MNCs with a strong Asia focus in Australia, I’ve also developed strong communication and business skills to create synergies from different cultures. It is more than just a simple translation or language to understand local business requirements and build good team dynamics in different countries in the same region.

With my combined finance and business expertise, I help management teams make optimal investment decisions by driving positive NPV and target financial returns, in both short and long terms.

I enjoy challenging myself and the status quo with new concepts and innovative ideas that create drives and excitements for a high-performing team, while I enjoy a team with a strong team dynamic and knowledge/ information sharing to fulfill team members' potentials.
