Worked as a Bioinformatican for the development of Personal Genome Sequencing and Analysis, entrusted with the development of database design for storing SNP related client data. My work also involves spidering public databases (writing perl scripts for gleaning data on the web); web-development of www.myfamilyheath.com using Perl CGI Application, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL (for handling back-end data from MySQL Database). I also developed small application for Mendelian based genetic-disease prediction using Bayesian probability model with Perl scripting language and R-package.

I worked as a Bioinformatician, entrusted with the web-development of Integrated Product which is a comprehensive archive for displaying Biological information related with Transcription factors, Metabolic pathways, proteins and genes. I used web-technologies like Perl CGI, HTML and CSS. I also used SQL for handling back-end data from ORACLE and MySQL Databases. My work also involved extensive collaboration with other groups within this company for the analysis of biological data based on computational and statistical approaches.
