* Won the exclusive distribution of a number of products including ACT! for Notes and Handheld Contact.
* Developed the firm's end-user customer base in conjunction with our channel to include several major international corporations
* Developed relationships with several major international vendors
* Developed industry-acknowledged expertise in a variety of software products
* Became the first Australian training centre for ACT! contact management software authorised by both Symantec and Contact Software International.
* Controlled the development of ActivitiesManager!, MergeMaster! and other commercial and custom software - including product design, product testing and initiating the marketing strategy
* Obtaining the distribution rights for ACT! and worked with Sage CRM to product bundle deals to open up new channels for ACT!
* Worked with beta testing of every version of ACT! up to ACT! 2009
