From a start as a hands-on design engineer I have progressed through each level of technical and staff management. Still under 30 I ran $500m projects, got to take on the burden of being CEO for others and even starting my own businesses.

I have worked in many countries and was head-hunted from Australia by a Silicon Valley software firm eager to make me VP/Director for Strategy and for International. After some years based in Silicon Valley, travelling non-stop and building a distribution network to cover the globe, I decided to return to Australia and become involved in the emerging VC industry here.

Now I am putting my energies into helping others be successful. My firm has delivered one of the best performances ever in Australian VC. I continue to advise companies to rapidly accelerate growth, secure growth funding and develop international markets.

As an angel investor and advisor I am working with companies and investors all over the world, usually with an Australian connection in the mix but, not always.
