Bio on Justin Davies – GAICD, B Bus Marketing and Communications
Justin is Director of digital consultancy Emergination. Working with established businesses as well as IT startups, Justin is passionate about how technology - particularly internet, Web 2.0, Cloud Computing an collaborative / social plafortms - can transform business for competitive advantage.
Justin has a unique blend of marketing, business and online experience. He has a successful track record in delivering solid profitable business growth. In his prior role as Regional Director of Ross Consulting, he has won business in excess of $20 million and managed individual programmes of work in excess of $10 million.
He is an experienced public speaker on a wide range of topics on online solutions and digital marketing, as well as being published in Business News and industry journals. He most recently chaired the 2 day Webforward Conference at CeBIT in Sydney which involved speakers from Google, Fairfax Digital, CBS, Citrix, New Digital and many more great industry experts.
Justin has an excellent understanding of the contemporary application of IT within business and new online business models.
Through a background in marketing and advertising, he has a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing from strategic planning, market identification, research, concept development, communications strategy and implementation. He is particularly strong at grasping concepts quickly and in turn communicating those concepts effectively

In conjunction with Software Engineering Australia and Telesis, business planning, event co-ordination, marketing of the event. I was the spokesman for E2B, MC at the events, and was involved in attracting sponsorship.
E2B regularly attracted over 80 people to each event, and was widely acknowledged as an important and dynamic forum help entrepreneurs in the IT sector raise venture capital, attract management expertise and further develop the industry. One entrepreneur raised $1.5million via a VC that I introduced to him at E2B.
