Three hundred per cent – that’s how much I increased client conversion rates in my last project, and that’s how much of my passion, dedication and motivation I deliver to my projects.

I possess a Masters of Commerce (Marketing) and Bachelor of Health Science. With my previous employer I increased eNewsletter subscribership from 507 to 1580. I was instrumental in researching and defining the target market, client-directed restructuring and redesign of the eNewsletter, roll-out of completely untouched Social Media Platforms and the introduction of the concept of “conversion through conversation”.

I excel in leadership roles, am technologically-suave and am able to strictly adhere to the most stringent of deadlines.

For fun I spend any spare time dabbling in the world of triathlon and running.

In summary, by nature I love a challenge; I have a ‘can-do’ attitude, I enjoy working in competitive environments and I truly believe in doing ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure success.

  I often find myself watching shows like MasterChef and Australian Idol wondering how on earth these contestants honestly think they stand a chance of progressing to the top 20! I am sure we were all told when growing up by our adoring parents, ‘‘You can do anything you want if you put your mind to it!”. Really, Mum and Dad, really? Take my singing ability for example - while my one year old son may find it entertaining, I am pretty certain that no amount of focus will help me sing like Beyonce. Sure - you may not be able to make the top 20 on Australia Idol or Master Chef but there are certain aspects of your day-to-day business and personal life that can be adjusted to help you reach your specific and achievable goals.

  What games did you play when you were a kid?
  
  I grew up in the country, although these days where I come from would be called a suburb thanks to the inner city sprawl and super fast trains. My childhood days were made up of collecting bucket loads of blackberries, collecting tadpoles from our dam, racing my neighbours up hills and challenging my brothers by bike to see who could ride into town the fastest. A moment rarely passed when I was not participating in some form of game.
