Employed on a casual contract basis with Charles Sturt University. I worked for two academics with the School of Information Studies.
One contract was for an academic from the Teacher Librarians group. I located up to date relevant online materials for a collection management subject.
The second contract was for an academic undertaking a PhD within the area of Information Society. I located resources that could be utilised within the literature review, added resources into an EndNote library and organised the references into appropriate subject areas.

I was selected to participate in an AusAID funded development program called Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development. I have just returned from spending 5 months working at a government boarding school on a small island called Epi where I established a new library and trained staff and students in its use and management.
As a small developing country, Vanuatu relies heavily on overseas assistance and I was fortunate to be able to work closely with Ni-Vanuatu communities. This project also gave me the opportunity to provide professional development to staff at Port Vila Public Library, Port Vila East Primary School and Port Vila North Primary School.

As an Application Specialist with SirsiDynix my main responsibility was to provide Library Management Systems training to a variety of academic, public and special libraries in Australia and New Zealand. Further to this, I was an integral part of the Client Care team where I analysed, troubleshot and isolated issues related to company software applications. I provided advice to customers on the use of SirsiDynix software applications and documented scenarios to verify customer problems and solutions.
