Worked with a globally distributed systems rollout and support team to help sell successful programs internally to regional offices within Asia. My interpersonal skills enabled me to effectively gain voluntary adoption of successful programs (regional management of services) in a highly decentralized environment.
Developed and implemented (in two weeks) a pilot web-based call center for a Telecommunications carrier in Singapore. The pilot was the foundation of a Customer Relationship Management program and reduced targeted customer churn by 67%.
