I've been working as a management consultant for over 20 years. I spent the early part of my career in the large international firms and now I know better. Square pegs (the consultancy's formula answer) do not fit into round holes (the client's perceived problem). Today I work together with my clients to help them make sense of their challenges, renew their thinking and to inspire them into pursuing lifelong learning and adventure. These are the foundations of innovation and business and personal achievement.

Our core competencies are in strategic business analysis, public policy optimisation, organisational development, leadership and entrepreneurship development.

Where appropriate we apply the best of the tried and tested traditional business methodologies to our projects along side more innovative, contemporary and leading edge thinking, approaches and tools.
