Morpheus Property is a Buyer's Agency specilaisng in property Investment in Queensland, Australia. My partner (Guy Clarke) and I are both business professionals with solid experience in property investment.
As your Buyer's Agent, we will find you the right property and negotiate the deal. Alternatively, if you find the property, we can negotiate the deal on your behalf, taking the emotion and pressure out of the "sales" process.
We will also ensure that you are "Investment ready" when you hit the market place, and this is more then having your finance pre-approved. Ask us how we can help!

However, sometimes our clients fit more than one category (leasing a property after occupying it, etc). Whatever our clients needs, we can find the right property at the right price!
