Matthew Parslow’s Summary

I have always had a passion for IT. Through the early part of my career I focused on developing my technical skills and gaining exposure to many different systems and environments. More recently I have been focusing on Management of people, projects, and processes. I have a passion for ground up construction or renovation of infrastructure and enjoy a challenge. I get great satisfaction seeing a project thought from planning stages to completion, on time and within budget. I have also found a passion for management and have taken part in leadership training where I learnt a great deal about getting the most out of people and getting the best from my self. I’m looking for an opportunity to develop further with a senior management role bringing positive changes, leading and developing skilled staff under my control.
