Michael Lamb is a Partner with Spencer Stuart in Australia, and is the leader of the Asia Pacific Technology, Communications & Media Practice (TCM). He also leads the CIO Practice in Asia Pacific.

During his time within the industry sector, Michael played an active role in the industry association, serving as inaugural chairman of the Telecommunications Export Development Group and as a director of the ATIA (Australian Telecommunications Industry Association). He is a two-time winner of the Individual Telecommunications Exporter of the Year award, reflecting his interest and expertise in the Asian markets.
Before Michael's roles in the telecommunications sector, he held senior management positions in the paint industry (Berger and British Paints) and the oil industry (BP Australia).
Born in Sydney, Michael has bachelor of laws and bachelor of commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales and a certificate of Practical Legal Training from the College of Law in Sydney.
