Ross Poulton’s Summary
Working my way through the ranks with a small ERP provider, I am now a consultant and development manager at Professional Advantage, a mid-sized Microsoft Business Solutions partner based in Melbourne.
This hybrid position allows me to discuss real business problems with my clients, and develop solutions for them within the System 77 software. On the development side, I now schedule & manage all System 77 development work in Australia.
On my own time I work on a number of projects and am involved in Open Source software such as Django, where I'm an active member of the community. One of my most successful commercial websites has been WhisperGifts, an online bridal gift registry service.
