After six years as a Technical Consultant with LogicaCMG, Steve moved to Australia and joined a fast growing IT Consultancy (GLiNTECH) in Sydney.
He utilised both his extensive professional contacts and solid resourcing methods to bring on-board some of the best consultants in the industry as well as set up the Graduate and Human Resources Program. Later Steve moved into a Senior Account Management role and was instrumental in managing and growing key accounts with some of the largest organisations in Australia.

He specialised in supplying large clients with Software development (Java and .NET) and EAI consultants in Sydney and Melbourne.
