Adshel is an out-of-home media and infrastructure company, a joint venture by Clear Channel International and APN News&Media (www.adshel.com.au). In my role I worked on managing the Corporate and Infrastructure marketing programs, which included budget management & stakeholder communication. As a result, I have delivered a range of marketing projects in corporate and sustainability areas, consisting of a range of printed, online and multimedia components. My key achievements include:
- Have improved brand positioning of the corporate and infrastructure divisions through print and online campaigns, such as market positioning development, web strategy implementation, eDM and printed marcomms
- Launched a corporate brand awareness campaign for Adshel in the community, which included agency management, design revisions and print production
- Managed campaign implementation for an international media offering at Sydney International Airport
- Digital projects - relaunched 4 company websites, delivered campaign minisites and interactive e-cards
- Have organised a highly successful creative industry event with a presentation by Sydney Theatre Company’s artistic director Cate Blanchett
- Successfully managed supplier relationships – creative, online & print agencies – to deliver marketing projects
- Have re-developed not-for-profit media support program with over $2,000,000 in annual contribution
- Managed corporate sponsorship program working with Sydney Theatre Company, WWF, Melbourne Theatre Company, Medibank International, Oxfam, Sydney Writers Festival

- Developed and executed successful promotion campaigns for the new business wins with online competitions

- Initiated and managed Adshel’s first sustainability project, involving the planting of 10,000 trees, internal presentations, competition and tree planting visits for staff
- Managed not-for-profit advertising accounts nation-wide, implementing systems and processes to improve effectiveness of the charity campaigns; organized Adshel’s support for such campaigns as Earth Hour, Australian Grown, The Cancer Council and others.
- Coordinated over 40 professional photography projects for the media products, including multimedia materials such as video case-studies and product promotion hype-reel
- Introduced a post-implementation report practice to the marketing team
- Managed over 30 client entertainment events nationally and have organised the first company-wide national conference

AIESEC International is the global headquarters of AIESEC, a team of 20 members, selected to provide strategic direction to the organisation. In my role I was responsible for the alumni marketing and engagement as part of the global corporate relationships team.
My key achievements include:
- Coordinated the development and launch of a Web-based Networking platform for AIESEC alumni worldwide
- Worked with global partners such as DHL, PwC and UBS, and the top business leaders on the international advisory board, to deliver a global marketing strategy for alumni engagement
- Developed and executed a successful marketing campaign for the online alumni platform promotion, including promotional events and online marketing activities for events in Europe, South America, US and Asia
- Delivered presentations, management reports and trainings on alumni strategy at various international events and at international advisory board’s meetings
- Managed the global alumni awards, including promotion, selection and re-launch of an annual global Hall of Fame event in India for over 600 people
- Maintained global communication with country offices and alumni networks through intranet
- Have developed a business model for the online networking platform in collaboration with corporate partners
- Generated revenue through the management of a EU funded project, aimed at developing of collaborative environment through social and business networking tools

As a leader of the national organisation, I was responsible for managing strategic organisational direction and lead a national management team of 5 with two international members.
My key achievements include:
- Initiated organisational structure change and managed the national strategic planning process
- Coached local offices on strategic planning, organizational accountability and international communication
- Coordinated plan implementation on local level with 55% growth in performance achieved in 12 months and supervised the execution of yearly budget on a national level
- Represented the country on a regional level (Central Eastern Europe) and globally, established strong relationships with other country offices
- Maintained corporate relationships with key corporate supporters of AIESEC, including the National Board of Advisors
- Developed and led a program for an annual planning conference and an annual review conference for Leadership teams
- Established regular internal communication, including monthly online newsletters and management reports
