The Kimberley Institute is an Australian non-profit independent Indigenous Think Tank based in Broome in the Kimberley region of Western Australia and is dedicated to facilitate change through strategic research and policy development in the areas of housing, employment, education and health.

Created this strategic consulting company specialising in consulting to SME's, providing strategic and business planning, vision and mission statement quantification into performance measures, profit improvement.
Products include "SMART Marketing", a 6 half-day workshop/coaching producing short, sharp marketing plan; "The ZEST Factor", a 12 step business diagnostics program to improve business performance; "TEAM!", a 1 or 2 day workshop to develop teamwork in the workplace; "Ignition!", a workshop process to start up a project oriented team.
Clients have included Richard Noble (real estate management and development), Kimberley Land Council, Goolarri Media (radio, TV and multimedia organisation), Knight Piesold (engineering), Western Australian and Commonwealth government departments.

The company is a primary healthcare network and service deliverer, that supports General Practices in Fremantle WA, and rolls out services in the form of a mobile general practice service and involvement in the national Headspace initiative.
