I started as a contractor in the position of Senior Systems Administrator - Novell and was made permanent after 6 months. Position involves, server hardware installation, OS configuration (Netware, Windows, Linux). Services design/install/config. (eDirectory, Identity Manager, iChain, DNS/DHCP, LDAP, GroupWise, Novell Audit etc).
I also conduct fault identification, analysis and rectification in a 2nd/3rd level capacity (including protocol analysis and configuration management).
