  Worked in a semiconductor clean room environment following ISO 9000 standards. Built, tested, diagnosed and repaired all electronic and mechanical assemblies on photolithographic wafer aligners. Installed, examined, maintained and repaired faulty electronic circuitry, instruments used in control and flow systems such as:
  • Transducers and vacuum switches for monitoring pressure
  • Temperature sensors, interlock switches and proximity sensors

  • Utilized electronic schematics/drawings, pneumatic drawing layouts, flow diagrams and all other written procedures and diagrams for diagnosis, maintenance and repair
  • Verified and confirmed the validity and accuracy of our preventative maintenance procedures, drawings and schematics
  • Utilized standard diagnostic tools including soldering stations, de-soldering stations, IC removal equipment, DMM, oscilloscope, digital control analyzers, proprietary vendor testing and monitoring software
  Performed regular preventative maintenance to:
  • Clean and calibrate instruments, sensors and interlock switches for proper operation
  • Entered all data into electronic database
  Utilized DMM, soldering and de-soldering stations, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers and diagnostic software
