   Leith Winemaking produces premium quality warm and cool climate wines for numerous clients in central Victoria and beyond. We take a consultative approach with our clients where they can have as much or as little involvement in the process as they desire. We offer a full range of services including: - Premium white and red wine production - Bottling and packaging services - Bulk winemaking - Various production, fermentation and maturation choices Passing Clouds Established in 1974 by Graeme Leith and Sue Mackinnon, Passing Clouds has consistently produced wines of exemplarily quality and individuality, with the power to age gracefully. The winery has recently been relocated to a location where the clouds do a little less passing - Daylesford, in the Macedon Ranges, where Graeme planted vines in 1998. They still produce their acclaimed Bendigo reds for which they have built a strong and loyal following over the years, but the range is now complemented by cool climate pinot noirs, chardonnay and a sparkling. The fruit is meticulously cared for as naturally as possible, there are several passes of each vine per season, ensuring every bunch is in the optimum position. As winemakers we guide the fruit from vineyard into bottle gently, using traditional winemaking techniques.
