His practical skills developed when he earlier worked in the agricultural, land surveying, civil construction and manufacturing industries. More recently, David’s long held passion for Asset Management found him taking up a role with Moree Plains Shire Council as Asset Manager and he has since been promoted to the position of Water and Waste Group Manager with Moree Plains Council.
