Mandy's prime purpose is to inspire people to be courageous in every aspect of their lives. She does this through leadership development programmes, coaching and mentoring services and most recently speaking and writing.

Holloway Consulting was established in 2002 to partner with clients and create solutions which balance the nurturing of people with the achievement of strong and sustainable bottom line results for the organisation. We are thrilled to say our clients regularly validate the reality of this intention.

We have developed a strong niche focus on connecting existing leaders to emerging leaders. We support and guide leaders to develop the confidence and conviction in their leadership mastery so they can unleash the courage needed to be the kind of leader they want to be and the business needs them to be.
