Marcel is a knowledge/learning business systems consultant, developer and researcher.
Marcel’s focus is on IT as an enabler for people, performance and productivity via end-to-end leveraging and integration of enterprise learning, learning business management and Human resource systems.
Prior to EDMEDiA, Marcel worked for Imagineering, University of Sydney and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Marcel has led many joint projects involving infrastructure, Computer Based Learning, Learning Systems such as CommWay, CommSee, GLUE, Counter Intelligence, the networking of the Bank’s Branch network including the technical advisor for the implementation of the Bank’s CMS CommSee.
