I was Assisting senior relationship managers to achieve target revenue of the department; Manage the top tier Depository & Cash Management relationships of Embassies, International and local NGOs & Development Organizations; Manage day to day transactions of all Development Organization clients (Embassy, INGOs and NGOs); Ensure that client service delivery standards are met through close coordination amongst various departments of the bank and the valued customers; Anticipate client’s needs and proactively assume responsibility for them; Prepare and update Bank’s KYC (Know Your Client)/eCDD (Electronic customer due diligence) profiles on client’s business, sources and usage of fund, typical volume of transactions and anticipated activities in order to safeguard the bank from getting involved in any money-laundering activities; Also responsible to provide personal banking services for organization’s staff including diplomatic staff; Successfully act as a shadow RM for Embassy of Spain, German Embassy, Sweden Embassy, Qatar Embassy, Oman Embassy, Egypt Embassy, Singapore Consulate, Switzerland Embassy, Danish Embassy, Netherland Embassy, Save the Children USA, Swiss Develop Cooperation, Katalyst, Swiss Contact, Russian Federation and its cultural wing, German Cultural Centre.
