I help leaders and teams to manage risk, improve cooperation and benefit from change.

There are three parts to my business:

1) I provide entertaining keynote presentations and after-dinner speeches at corporate events and business functions. These talks usually focus on the importance of a pro-active approach to influencing behaviour and benefiting from change.

2) I provide intensive communication workshops for existing and emerging leaders. In particular, my Straight Talkin' Teams workshop equips leaders and team members with practical tools for reducing conflict and improving cooperation.

3) On a select basis, I provide security services. Some of the projects I've managed include: Conducting a comprehensive security audit for the NSW State Transit Authority; Facilitating customised workshops in Kenya and Indonesia for Unity Resources Group; Providing armed escorts for the US Department of State in Iraq; Formulating safety enhancement strategies for aid-workers in Afghanistan; Conducting a security risk assessment for Talisman Energy in Malaysia.
